Tierra Group, Inc. offers a variety of services involved with the marketing of property whether for disposition, space for lease or merely to provide analysis of current rents and re-tenanting a property through lease buyouts where tenants have positive leasehold interests.

• As a CIREI candidate, the designated broker for Tierra Group Inc., has access to the most current investment analysis information and materials through the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program. 

• Tierra Group, Inc. will analyze properties in a targeted area to compare Cap rates, as available, for sales comparison analysis, market rents and CAM charges. 

• In the event of disposition, Tierra Group, Inc. offers preparation of investment packages to be mailed to the brokerage community and prospective buyers.

• As space becomes available for lease, besides property signage, Tierra Group, Inc. will prepare flyers for direct mailing to targeted tenants as well as to other brokers in the area. 

• Other venues such as advertisements in the classified section of periodicals may also be used.

• As calls are received, prospective tenant information will be kept in a log available for owner's review.

• Spaces will be shown to prospective tenants upon request.  In situations where a space is still occupied, we will show space in a professional, non-disruptive manner.
